While I prefer the 1987 re-recording (as featured on Substance and the Trainspotting soundtrack), this live clip of New Order performing Temptation in 1984 is priceless for one huge reason:
Bernard Sumner’s shorts. CHECK OUT THOSE BAD BOYS.
Also, Temptation is seriously one of the greatest songs ever. EVER.
Haha! Yes! Those shorts crack me up. I hate to say this, but I always get the distinct sense about 45 seconds in that Bernard is free balling.
