This Brooklyn-based ClockTower condo, listed for $25 million, costs double the highest price previously paid for a home in the area. With 16-foot ceilings and over 6,000 square feet spread over 3 floors, it certainly looks worth it.
While I’m usually pretty ambivalent about money, I suddenly have a pressing need to scrape together $25 million….pronto.


I’m about 24.9999 million short. Anyone willing to put in the balance, we could do a time share or something.
