Well, they nailed the decentralization of cities, enormous shopping malls with little walking, and the highway/railroad/shipping/air cargo container system, but they may have missed in a few other spots (all the really interesting ones).
So it’s Disney we have to blame for obesity, global warming, suburbs, and Teamsters? Fuck you, Walt. Again.
Why so harsh? After all Walt has done for the progress of feminism and equal representation of races on the big screen. Some people! You can’t blame him if some kid watched this in 1958 and was inspired to become an engineer of our downfall. It’s not like motion pictures have ever had the power to corrupt young minds. That’s what video games are for.
