Impromptu meet up at The Mission with the lovely Will for Mexican and beers. Will was kind enough to tone down the profundity of his usual scintillating conversation to a level that jet lagged, sleep deprived and somewhat intoxicated travellers could handle. Hence, no diatoms - just otters.
I’m very fortunate the excellent Marie was willing to set aside a few hours of her brief stopover in San Francisco to get together. Though barely removed from a fifteen hour flight and still acclimating to the northern hemisphere’s coriolis effect, she was her usual engaging self. It’s hard to believe almost a year has passed since our first meeting.
OK. So now I’m completely craving Under The Bridge Spicy Crab spicy salt and pepper mantis prawns.
DAMN. I’m visiting the wrong continent!
